An information technology company has an open position for a Telecommute Systems Engineering Director in Chicago.

Must be able to:

• Manage a team of Sales Engineers
• Provide direction to Sales Engineering and Specialist areas
• Consult with customers' technical executive leadership

Qualifications Include:

• Ability to develop and translate executive-level business strategy into results and deliver expert level presentations
• 15+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• 10+ years diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization and people motivation skill (or equivalent experience)
• Expert level of solutions and technical knowledge
