A software company has an open position for a Telecommute Systems Engineering Manager.
Must be able to:
- Build and maintain a team of high-performing Sales Engineering (SE) resources
- Ensure that opportunity roadblocks to technical closure are removed or minimized
- Manage team members’ overall short and long-term career development
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- May require travel throughout an assigned region with little advance notice
- 10+ years demonstrated pre-sales experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or Management
- Ability to handle project management responsibilities for implementation of company related solutions
- Ability to relate to a wide range of technical staff and managers in customer environments
