A cloud hosting company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Systems Engineering Manager.

Must be able to:

• Provide coaching and counseling via mentoring, one-on-one meetings, etc
• Manage software project schedules
• Recruit, manage, and maintain a world-class engineering team
