A cybersecurity company has a current position open for a Telecommute Systems Engineering Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Leading a high-performing team to manage performance and improvement of critical IT systems
• Providing guidance and leadership on technical project planning and execution
• Ensuring IT systems are adhering to security policies and guardrails, minimizing operational incidents

Qualifications Include:

• 4+ years of experience leading IT Engineering teams
• Demonstrated success managing a large number of disparate SaaS systems
• Experience as a System Engineer, specifically within AWS/Azure and MacOS-heavy environments
• Demonstrated success building and executing IT Engineering support and solution processes
• Ability to use continuous improvement methods with SaaS systems and key processes
• Understand the purpose of Configuration and Infrastructure as Code
