Job Summary

A power management company is filling a position for a Telecommute Systems Engineering Manager in Fort Worth.

Must be able to:

  • Establish and implement strategies for improving organization capability and execution
  • Develop personnel through coaching, mentoring and development plans
  • Provide leadership and management oversight of the systems engineering function

Qualifications Include:

  • Travel up to 25%
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience within aerospace, hydraulic, or automotive industries
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in hydraulic components and/or systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution is required
