Job Summary
A cyber security company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Systems Engineering Senior Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Building and maintaining a team of high-performing Sales Engineering resources
- Creating customized training and enablement plans for individual team members
- Monitoring territory/account forecast and ensuring that opportunity roadblocks to technical closure are removed or minimized
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- May require travel throughout an assigned region with little advance notice
- 10+ years demonstrated pre-sales experience
- 8+ years demonstrated management or supervisory-level experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or Management
- Must present a professional appearance and demeanor and possess strong interpersonal skills
- Able to relate to a wide range of technical staff and managers and in customer environments
