- Interfacing with application development teams for their support requests
- Acting as the point of contact for customers
- Implementing and prioritizing customer needs
Position Requirements Include:
- 5 years systems support analysis experience
- Understanding of SDLC process
- Experience working in a high volume environment
- Experience with JIRA service desk for ticketing
- Confluence for document sharing (exp setting up dashboards)
- Ability to work 24/7 support
