Job Summary
A staffing company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Systems Support Analyst in Orlando.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Designing, analyzing, configuring and supporting a highly available, production level Internet hosting environment
- Conducting general systems and network administration duties as assigned
- Recognizing when a decision is needed for problem solving, analyzing the situation and making independent recommendations and decisions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 4-year degree from an accredited institution in MIS, IT, Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of Linux/*NIX system administration and operation of highly available systems
- Minimum 5 years of experience deploying websites for mobile and handheld devices
- Minimum 3 years of experience with WordPress or other related open-source content management system
- Minimum 3 years of systems analysis experience including requirements gathering, functional design, and technical design
- Experience setting up and maintaining centralized version control system (SVN and Git)
