A media and IT company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Systems Support Engineer in Eagan.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing support for product installation and configuration
- Providing high-quality phone, email and web meeting support
- Working with customers on case resolutions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
- Strong knowledge with Azure - IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS
- Strong knowledge of the principles and procedures used in systems administration
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or IT-related degree
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)
