Job Summary

A nonprofit organization has a current position open for a Telecommute Systems Transformation Advisor.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Identifying and operationalizing transformational change actions
  • Running Quality Improvement projects with local team to identify opportunities to accelerate outflow
  • Engaging local leaders to assure the appropriate structures are in place

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Around 5 to 7 days of travel will be required every 3 months to attend semi-annual team retreats, community site visits, etc
  • Strong project management skills
  • At least 5 years of experience working in the housing, homelessness or human services sectors
  • Strong content knowledge of Denver and Phoenix’s political and governmental systems
  • Extraordinary political and relationship management skills
  • Strong content knowledge of local Continuum of Care governance and programs
