Job Summary
A nonprofit organization has a current position open for a Telecommute Systems Transformation Advisor.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Identifying and operationalizing transformational change actions
- Running Quality Improvement projects with local team to identify opportunities to accelerate outflow
- Engaging local leaders to assure the appropriate structures are in place
Qualifications for this position include:
- Around 5 to 7 days of travel will be required every 3 months to attend semi-annual team retreats, community site visits, etc
- Strong project management skills
- At least 5 years of experience working in the housing, homelessness or human services sectors
- Strong content knowledge of Denver and Phoenix’s political and governmental systems
- Extraordinary political and relationship management skills
- Strong content knowledge of local Continuum of Care governance and programs
