A global talent network company is filling a position for a Telecommute Talent Academy Lead.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and refine frameworks for evaluating the impact of each course on supply / demand dynamics
  • Leveraging existing communications infrastructure within the Talent Operations and Community teams
  • Working with the Talent Operations and Community teams

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Significant strategic research and analysis experience
  • Must be capable of understanding market demand
  • 3 years experience in strategic roles
  • Practical experience testing concepts, validating hypothesis and informing planning and development
