A social media company is filling a position for a Telecommute Talent Acquisition Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Help build the analytical insights that influence talent acquisition strategy and initiatives
  • Acquire a deep understanding of recruiting functions and leverage data to inform leadership
  • Evaluate processes and make recommendations to improve existing data-collection methodologies

Required Skills:

  • BS in a quantitative field such as Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, HR Analytics, or related field
  • OR equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years' experience in People / HR Analytics with a focus on data analysis of HR and talent acquisition data
  • 2+ year experience with data visualization and analysis in Tableau
  • Strong customer service background
