A business sales and customer support company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Talent Acquisition Associate Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage a high volume recruiting team and all aspects of the recruiting cycle
  • Maintain professional to candidates, alliances, vendors and clients
  • Develop, maintains, and manages key resourcing relationships

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or a combination of relevant experience and education
  • 4 to 7 years previous management experience
  • 5 - 7 years call center/BPO or high-volume environment required
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
