A platform for cybersecurity posture automation is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Talent Acquisition Associate in San Jose.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing the full-cycle recruiting process for new graduate and intern candidates across multiple roles
- Developing deep relationships with university groups
- Proactively sharing data-centric updates with internal stakeholders to maintain aligned decision making
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2+ years of experience within University Recruiting, Recruiting Coordination or Talent Acquisition
- Experience with at least one Applicant Tracking System
- Excellent recruiting and program management skills
- Self-motivated, self-directed and driven
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders and build strong internal and external relationships
