A healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommute Talent Acquisition Consultant in Jacksonville.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading the end-to-end staffing process for assigned lines of business,
- Sourcing passive candidates through multiple means
- Providing consultative services to hiring managers and teams
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3-4 years of corporate end-to-end recruiting experience
- Strong Experience with sourcing through social media avenues such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter
- Demonstrated successful experience in attracting passive candidates with a variety of sourcing capabilities
- Understanding of state and federal employment laws
- Must have experience with Taleo Applicant Tracking System
- Demonstrated strong consultative and influencing skills
