Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3-4 years corporate end-to-end recruiting experience
- Strong experience with sourcing through social media
- Uderstanding of state and federal employment laws
- Experience with Taleo Applicant Tracking System
- Successful experience in attracting passive candidates with a variety of sourcing capabilities
