Job Summary
A staffing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Talent Acquisition Coordinator and Scheduler in Plano.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assist recruiters and candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Schedule interviews and candidate travel
- Act as a point of contact with candidates regarding process questions, logistics, and on-boarding
Qualifications for this position include:
- 1-3 years of experience in administration, scheduling, and/or staffing
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience scheduling meetings and interviews within MS Outlook
- Experience scheduling US travel (flights, hotels, car)
- Able to manage/track candidate expenses within MS Excel
- Experience with Taleo or similar applicant tracking system like Concur
