Job Summary

A staffing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Talent Acquisition Coordinator and Scheduler in Plano.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Assist recruiters and candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Schedule interviews and candidate travel
  • Act as a point of contact with candidates regarding process questions, logistics, and on-boarding

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 1-3 years of experience in administration, scheduling, and/or staffing
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience scheduling meetings and interviews within MS Outlook
  • Experience scheduling US travel (flights, hotels, car)
  • Able to manage/track candidate expenses within MS Excel
  • Experience with Taleo or similar applicant tracking system like Concur
