Job Summary

A nonprofit organization is seeking a Telecommute Talent Acquisition Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Building a pipeline of talent by inspiring candidates to apply to current and future openings
  • Conducting cultivation calls, phone screens and interviews in order to make hiring recommendations
  • Developing and managing the phone screening processes and expectations

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 5% travel
  • Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of work experience
  • Experience in human resources or with sourcing and recruiting
  • Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and commitment to data integrity
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
