Job Summary
A nonprofit organization is seeking a Telecommute Talent Acquisition Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Building a pipeline of talent by inspiring candidates to apply to current and future openings
- Conducting cultivation calls, phone screens and interviews in order to make hiring recommendations
- Developing and managing the phone screening processes and expectations
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5% travel
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of work experience
- Experience in human resources or with sourcing and recruiting
- Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and commitment to data integrity
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
