- Executing and driving accountability for an efficient, dynamic full-cycle recruiting process
- Building and leveraging cross-functional relationships
- Sourcing, hiring, leading, and mentoring an outstanding recruiting team
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience leading a distributed team
- 7+ years in a leadership capacity/leading a team with hands-on recruiting experience
- Ability to work both tactically and strategically to get business needs met
- Ability to handle ambiguity with ease
- Strong interpersonal savvy and self-awareness with strong written and verbal communication skills
