Job Summary
A financial advising company is in need of a Telecommute Talent Acquisition Director.
Must be able to:
- Be a strong partner to TA operations and DEI verticals
- Coach, develop and lead a team of professional recruiters and sourcers
- Develop and oversee strategic sourcing and recruiting strategies to ensure the team can flex and adapt
Position Requirements Include:
- 15 years of recruitment or human resources experience
- 5+ years of recruitment leadership within a high growth and fluid organization
- Experience leading a team of (7+) recruiters and sourcers
- Have led full life cycle and sourcing functions is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to develop strong working relationships and influence
- Strong influence and team building skills
