Job Summary
A company in the cyber risk industry needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Talent Acquisition Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading the talent team in managing the full life-cycle of talent recruiting activities
- Developing and maintaining effective, collaborative and trusted relationships with direct reports
- Leading the team in maintaining data in applicant tracking system
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travel up to 25%
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related area
- 5-7 years recruiting experience; with two (2) years of recruiting experience in the services industry preferable experience with any of Big (4)
- Experienced people manager
- Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite products
