Job Summary

An education company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Talent Acquisition Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Acting as a clearinghouse and identify current and future talent needs and proactively develop a talent pool
  • Managing and executing a comprehensive talent strategy in alignment with the company's needs and strategic mission
  • Articulating the values of the company and attract the best candidates who share these values

Required Skills:

  • Travel may be required from time to time
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field
  • 5 years of managerial experience in a similar specialist role
  • Proven track record of success in attracting a diverse array of qualified talent including engineering, sales and marketing roles
  • Must possess experience with using LinkedIn direct messaging as well as strong copy/persuasion skills to elicit interviews
  • Able to manage and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously and within tight deadlines
