Job Summary

A network of consumer product brands has a current position open for a Telecommute Talent Acquisition Manager in Los Angeles.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Understanding hiring needs, organize job descriptions, create outbound funnels and set interviewing policies
  • Collaborating with teams across multiple time zones to understand the needs of the regional teams
  • Identifying, iterating, and analyzing the quality of the candidates who are interested in our vision

Required Skills:

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting in a high growth company/startup
  • Familiarity with ATS such as Greenhouse, Lever, etc to monitor JDs and policing interviewing policies
  • Preference given to those who have managed a team of talent acquisition specialists
