Job Summary
An electronic communications company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Talent Acquisition Partner.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Creatively searching for qualified candidates, using strategic advertising, networking, Internet resources, and internal referrals
- Reviewing resumes, and drive the interview process with the hiring team to identify top talent
- Developing an internal candidate pool by promoting career opportunities to employees
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ year’s recruiting experience, ideally in agency and corporate environments
- Knowledge of technology disciplines and organizational roles
- Experience in utilizing innovative sourcing strategies
- Strong initiative and judgment skills
