An online media agency has a current position open for a Telecommute Talent Acquisition Partner.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Managing the full-cycle talent acquisition process for various global hiring teams
• Communicating key metrics and insights on talent acquisition pipeline and strategy
• Identifying top talent and create candidate pipelines

Qualifications Include:

• Significant global talent acquisition experience
• Proven ability to develop value-add partnerships with executive and senior level management
• Experience working with an ATS
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to exceed goals and take initiative
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
