Job Summary
A post-acute healthcare provider needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Talent Acquisition Professional.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Build strong client relationships through frequent contact and communication
- Develop, design, and drive creative recruitment strategies
- Measure the cost benefit analysis for each sourcing strategy
Required Skills:
- Travels 25% of the time to job fairs, open houses, and between hospitals
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong research methodologies
- Strong analytical acumen, ability to define, measure, analyze, implement and control (DMAIC) recruitment strategies and processes
- Bachelor's Degree
