Job Summary
A management consulting firm has an open position for a Telecommute Talent Acquisition Professional.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Partnering with hiring managers to gain a strong understanding of candidate requirements
- Assisting in the development of scorecards which describe primary mission, objectives, capabilities and competencies for new roles
- Communicating and determining clear expectations with hiring managers
Position Requirements Include:
- 2-4 years of relevant corporate and/or agency talent acquisition experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Hands-on experience with use of an applicant tracking system
- High customer service experience
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
