Job Summary

A management consulting firm has an open position for a Telecommute Talent Acquisition Professional.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Partnering with hiring managers to gain a strong understanding of candidate requirements
  • Assisting in the development of scorecards which describe primary mission, objectives, capabilities and competencies for new roles
  • Communicating and determining clear expectations with hiring managers

Position Requirements Include:

  • 2-4 years of relevant corporate and/or agency talent acquisition experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Hands-on experience with use of an applicant tracking system
  • High customer service experience
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
