Job Summary

A talent agency is seeking a Telecommute Talent Acquisition Recruiter.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Conduct external searches through strategic sourcing
• Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Managers to manage the wing-to-wing recruitment process
• Develop and maintains extensive and effective networks

Qualifications Include:

• Experience working in RPO
• Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting in a very high volume- fast pace environment
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Human Resources or similar or equivalent work experience
