Job Summary
A civil engineering consulting firm has a current position open for a Telecommute Talent Acquisition Recruiter.
Must be able to:
- Perform full cycle recruiting, typically for entry-senior level roles
- Conduct sourcing for assigned roles utilizing candidate databases, professional networks, colleges, and more
- Serve as a consulting partner to assigned clients
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related degree, OR equivalent experience
- 2 years of Talent Acquisition, HR or related business experience providing equivalent knowledge
- Experience in the AEC industry preferred
- Experience with high-volume, full cycle recruiting strongly preferred
- Ability to address issues and activities with a sense of urgency
