Job Summary
A biotechnology company is filling a position for a Telecommute Talent Acquisition Reporting and Compliance Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Respond to scheduled, ad hoc and urgent reporting requests
- Develop and maintain procedures for the metrics report generating process
- Identify errors and deficiencies and making process improvement recommendations
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 4+ years of HR Reporting Experience
- Strong data analytics background
- Flexibility to adjust to ever-changing market needs; able to think on your feet
- Previous experience with Kenexa, Workday, and Microsoft Power BI
