Job Summary

A biotechnology company is filling a position for a Telecommute Talent Acquisition Reporting and Compliance Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Respond to scheduled, ad hoc and urgent reporting requests
  • Develop and maintain procedures for the metrics report generating process
  • Identify errors and deficiencies and making process improvement recommendations

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 4+ years of HR Reporting Experience
  • Strong data analytics background
  • Flexibility to adjust to ever-changing market needs; able to think on your feet
  • Previous experience with Kenexa, Workday, and Microsoft Power BI
