Job Summary
A software development company is seeking a Telecommute Talent Acquisition Research and Development Executive Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Defining and delivering on a strategy to pipeline talent for key business groups that includes leveraging our leaders and employees
- Leveraging analytics to drive recruiter performance and influence change with the business
- Partnering with your team and hiring managers to engage and attract underrepresented talent
Qualifications for this position include:
- 10+ years of recruiting experience
- 4+ years of TA leadership experience in rapid-paced work environments and have led recruiters supporting technical business groups
- 2+ years of experience either as an Executive Recruiter or leading an Executive Recruiting team
- Demonstrated track record of building high-performing recruiting teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
