Job Summary
A media company is in need of a Telecommute Talent Acquisition Senior Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Driving the strategic development, design, implementation, communication, and compliance
- Defining roles and responsibilities of the hiring team and developing metrics and process improvements
- Analyzing relevant data and trends to provide insight and lead the implementation of a hiring plan
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 15+ years working in Talent Acquisition with increasing levels of responsibility
- Expertise in the development of recruiting processes, procedures, creative sourcing strategies
- Deep technology experience with strong knowledge of technical and / or creative talent sourcing strategies
- Ability to develop and implement successful recruitment and selection strategies
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
- Extensive experience in contract / vendor management and negotiating rates
