Job Summary
A technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute Talent Acquisition Senior Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leveraging data to drive decision-making and ensure achievement of the results you own
- Leading an experienced and high-performing team of Recruiters and Coordinators
- Directly supporting multiple C-Level executives across your client group
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5 Years of direct people leadership experience of a demonstrably high-performing Recruiting team
- 10 Years of experience in some combination of Sourcing, Recruiting and Talent Management
- Well developed and continually practiced personal expertise in advanced sourcing techniques
- Experiences spanning at least 2 of the items listed on the job lead
