Job Summary

A health services company has a current position open for a Telecommute Talent Acquisition Senior Recruiter.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Conduct full life-cycle recruitment including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing
• Demonstrating diversity awareness and use sourcing techniques that reach diverse populations
• Developing and communicating action plans for aging requisitions

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in sourcing, TASA or recruiting
• Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of exempt positions in a volume driven environment
• Proven ability to be highly organized and possess excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated proficiency in marketing/sourcing techniques
