A software development company is seeking a Telecommute Talent Acquisition Sourcer.

Must be able to:

  • Research and develop market maps based on markets of need
  • Create and execute search strategies
  • Build targeted sourcing plans and strategies

Qualifications Include:

  • 5+ years of sourcing / recruiting / talent acquisition experience
  • 2+ years’ experience in software/technology recruitment and sourcing
  • Experience in sourcing for a variety of roles from technology to sales
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Prior experience in a research capacity for candidate generation
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems
