A provider of a healthcare platform service needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Talent Acquisition Sourcer.

Must be able to:

  • Determine position requirements
  • Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques
  • Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks

Required Skills:

  • BS in Human Resources Management or relevant field
  • 2+ years of proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role
