Job Summary
A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Talent Acquisition Sourcer in Basking Ridge.
Must be able to:
- Developing a sourcing plan with measurable metrics
- Deliver quality candidates to our internal clients
- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years of talent sourcing experience
- 3+ years of experience in the pharma/biotech industry
- Experience using social media for sourcing/recruiting, building relationships and help contribute to an overall recruitment strategy/brand
- Excellent research/sourcing skills, including use of Boolean and other creative search techniques
- Experience working with an ATS
- Demonstrated success in sourcing, identifying and qualifying candidates at all levels of the organization and in all business functions
