A software development company has an open position for a Telecommute Talent Acquisition Sourcer in Beverly.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Partnering strongly with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to determine position requirements
• Interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn)
• Crafting and sending recruitment emails

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Associates Degree required
• 1+ years of proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role
• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn
• Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems
