Job Summary

A discovery and product innovation company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Developing comprehensive sourcing strategies for key talent segment needs
• Identifying the best online sourcing channels for different candidate segments
• Conducting in-depth phone interviews to assess applicant/candidate quality, skills, and fit to identify the best candidate

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a focus on developing and implementing strategic sourcing plans
• Demonstrated experience across multiple verticals
• Proficient knowledge of digital sourcing channels
• Proven track record of sourcing a diverse slate of candidates from passive talent
• Strong functionality of Applicant Tracking Systems
• All other requirements necessary for this position
