Job Summary
An enterprise cloud consulting services provider is in need of a Telecommute Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Identify untapped markets
- Conduct a high volume of phone screens and in-person interviews
- Build a dynamic candidate pipeline that can be drawn from as needs arise
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5 to 7 years of full cycle recruiting experience
- 4-year degree or equivalent work experience
- Significant experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, HRIS's, and other recruiting tools
- Experience partnering closely with internal teams nationwide, in multiple locations, is ideal
