Job Summary
An American private research university has an open position for a Telecommute Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Proactively working in applicant tracking system
- Providing prospective candidates with information on how to apply to open positions
- Reviewing applications to determine the candidate’s ability to meet minimum qualifications
Position Requirements Include:
- Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or other related field required
- At least two years related experience required
- Prior experience with technology applications including applicant tracking systems and CRM tools
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
