Job Summary

An American private research university has an open position for a Telecommute Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Proactively working in applicant tracking system
  • Providing prospective candidates with information on how to apply to open positions
  • Reviewing applications to determine the candidate’s ability to meet minimum qualifications

Position Requirements Include:

  • Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or other related field required
  • At least two years related experience required
  • Prior experience with technology applications including applicant tracking systems and CRM tools
  • Strong organizational and customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
