Job Summary
A company that provides parking operations management is in need of a Telecommute Talent Acquisition Specialist in Kansas City.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting leadership with the overall talent acquisition efforts
- Partnering with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition Managers
- Cooperating with management and coworkers to ensure that services are adequately maintained
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Travel up to 15%
- Associate’s degree in Human Resources or a business-related field
- Possess knowledge of various recruitment technology platforms and applicant tracking systems
- Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a criminal background and drug screen.
- Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize MS Office
- Ability to work independently to effectively plan and set priorities to accomplish required tasks
