Job Summary
An inbound marketing company has a current position open for a Telecommute Talent Acquisition Strategist in Irvine.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage active and passive talent acquisition processes
- Oversee and coordinate the interviewing processes
- Maintain an active pipeline of routine-hire candidates
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to work remotely and travel as required
- Bachelor’s degree and 3 - 5 years of HR and recruiting experience OR
- Any similar combination of education and experience
- Track record of being a high-energy brand ambassador
- History of building successful active and passive recruiting campaigns
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
