A cannabis industry e-commerce provider is filling a position for a Telecommute Talent Acquisition Technical Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Executing full-cycle technical recruiting
- Effectively pre-screening/interviewing candidates
- Establishing effective communication flow with key stakeholders
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience
- Corporate recruiting experience, preferably in a high growth company
- Successful track record of directly sourcing passive candidates
- Strong knowledge of, and experience with, outside recruiting resources including social recruiting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience successfully partnering with key stakeholders/hiring managers
