Job Summary

An educational services provider needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Talent Advisor and Trainer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Teaching Career Curriculum to all cohorts, anywhere from 15 - 100 students at a time
• Creating Career Curriculum content with a learning objective and deliverable/assignment for each session
• Assisting students in understanding the different career tracks available in tech

Position Requirements Include:

• MUST have a background in recruiting, with no less than 3 years recruiting experience in-house
• Deep knowledge of what it takes for junior talent to get hired in a competitive marketplace
• Experience in teaching or training large groups, preferably over zoom and to an adult audience
• Ability to collect, track, and analyze data
• Promotes a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
