Job Summary
A healthcare provider needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Talent Aquisition Partner in Minnetonka.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Acting as people leader in Talent Acquisition and ensuring best in class delivery of talent
- Consulting and influencing business decisions in terms of talent and workforce needs
- Creating disciplined approach to forecasting and workforce planning on a consistent cadence
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- BS / BA degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of staffing and recruitment experience
- Experience working with Senior Management and to develop strong business partnerships and relationships
