Job Summary
A customer experience management platform is filling a position for a Telecommute Talent Development Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Helping execute on the overall L&D strategy and be a part of championing our values and cultural development
- Assisting in program management of key talent & development programs (emerging leader program, department-specific mentoring, etc)
- Assisting with facilitation of virtual/live training programs (unconscious bias, allyship, professional development, etc)
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (HR, Learning/education, psychology)
- Previous experience in L&D, HR, or program management, with good understanding of impact & synergies between other HR processes
- Strong presentation skills. Experience facilitating small or larger workshops and meetings is a plus
- Passion for knowledge sharing, psychology, learning design, and people development
