Job Summary

A travel management company has an open position for a Telecommute Talent Development Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead the current annual COMPASS new hire agent training efforts and drive continuous learning initiatives
  • Develop new, innovative ways to incorporate learning for our Customer Care agents
  • Work with senior leadership to understand and address gaps in the management and individual contributor talent bench across the organization

Position Requirements Include:

  • Willing and able to travel based on business needs
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • 5+ years leading a successful virtual training program, preferably in a call center environment
  • Proven ability to develop training curricula for a virtual audience using e-learning applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, project management and problem solving skills
  • Significant experience working with Learning Management Systems
