Job Summary
A travel management company has an open position for a Telecommute Talent Development Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Lead the current annual COMPASS new hire agent training efforts and drive continuous learning initiatives
- Develop new, innovative ways to incorporate learning for our Customer Care agents
- Work with senior leadership to understand and address gaps in the management and individual contributor talent bench across the organization
Position Requirements Include:
- Willing and able to travel based on business needs
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 5+ years leading a successful virtual training program, preferably in a call center environment
- Proven ability to develop training curricula for a virtual audience using e-learning applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication, project management and problem solving skills
- Significant experience working with Learning Management Systems
