A medical technologies firm is seeking a Telecommute Talent Intelligence Lead Analyst in Portage.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing insights to Recruitment Marketing to build target audience strategies
- Preparing monthly/quarterly reports
- Designing and implementing global talent mapping strategies for regions or functions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travel up to 25% of the time
- 5 years experience in Talent Acquisition using ATS and/or CRM
- Proven background in taking data and translating into a story for others required
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proven leadership and business acumen skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
