An education management consulting firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Talent Lead.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Perform day-to -day recruitment activities
- Build relationships with hiring managers, teams and prospective candidates
- Develop strong job descriptions, candidate profiles, and selection materials
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Some national travel expected
- Commitment to excellent daily instruction for all students
- 6+ years of professional experience
- Detail orientation, organization, and follow through
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, Social Media
- Very strong oral and written communication skills
